Here is another way to use “forms” in Google Docs. Forms are online so that you can email your questionnaire to your colleagues or friends for their input. Forms will collect all the information for you in a spreadsheet.
One helpful hint I saw was……..when developing your form, use the first question as the place where students or whomever is filling out the form will enter their name. Have them enter their last name first. In this way, when all responses go to the spreadsheet, they will be in alphabetical order.
